Physical Education

The Physical Education Program strives to engage students in cooperative and individual learning activities designed for developing gross and fine motor skills. Traditional activities like basketball and soccer are incorporated into the curriculum along with non-traditional activities, such as cup stacking. The school facilities for Physical Education include the multi-purpose room of the Carriage House, which is located on Mansion Day School grounds. The Physical Education Program is also extended into the community by utilizing the Eldon Ward YMCA, which is located within walking distance.
